Braga’27, Braga’s candidacy project for the European Capital of Culture in 2027, and Braga Media Arts, UNESCO Creative City in the field of Media Arts, will inaugurate a joint exhibition at the event “Noite Branca de Braga”.

On 16-17 August, Liepāja will become the venue for the educational conference "ArtMatters!". The conference is organised by the National Centre forEducation as part of the project "Skola2030" together with partnersto inspire teachers and provide a space for sharing experiences.

Until August 8, ATLAS Aveiro will host the exhibition “Memory – Aveiro: People, Images and Objects”, curated by Larissa Lewandoski.

Braga is one of the four Portuguese cities at the final stage of the candidacy process for the European Capital of Culture, which are now working on their second Bid Book.

Liepaja has been awarded the title of a 2027 European Capital of Culture, the organizers of the competition said at a press conference on Tuesday.
