On Tuesday, November 2nd, Trencin 2026 team sent out a hundred-page application - the Bid book, which contains the programme of Trenčín as the European Capital of Culture from 2021 to 2026. The Bid book was carried down from the castle.

Esch2022 presented the cultural programme of the European Capital of Culture project, along with all the associated projects related to tourism and sustainable development.

In 2022, Esch2022 will share the title of European Capital of Culture with Kaunas, the second largest city in Lithuania, and Novi Sad, the second largest city in Serbia.
