In its competition program, the festival will feature films from the comedy genre, produced in Europe in the last year. The films will be selected by a special selection jury, and a five-member international jury (2 Bulgarians and 3 foreigners) will determine the awarded films. The audience award will be determined by open voting. There is also an award for the main contribution and creativity - of one prominent actor and director from Europe.

The competitive programme of 7 feature films and the accompanying programme of 8 films will take place within 8 festival days in the Orpheus Summer Cinema and in the LUCKY Cinema.
