The answer comes from nine artists, four museums and a walk across the old town – until 8 December 2026.
The 17th Culture Next Conference brings the Culture Next network to Oulu, European Capital of Culture 2026, for three days of exchange, reflection, and meaningful connection. Arctic Food Lab's Taste Adventure will be held from 23 to 26 September. 23 restaurants and cafés from the Oulu region have registered for the event. They have planned dishes priced at 5 and 7 euros for the event. Customers will score the dishes they taste, and the winners will be announced after the event.
