Areas of responsibility: Supervision of the projects contained in the bidbook; Evaluation and elaboration of project proposals; Organization and management of open calls; Preparation of cooperation agreements with program partners; Communication with the municipalities, associations and participating people, in particular in the field of art and culture and support in the preparation of project ideas; Communication with partners, institutions and others European Capitals of Culture in terms of cooperation, networking and implementation of jointly planned projects;  Further development and specification of the strategies formulated in the bidbook and actions for the involvement and participation of people, including those associated with it with network activities; Support and coordination of the measures formulated in the bidbook for the strengthening of skills; Representation of Bad Ischl - Salzkammergut 2024 European Capital of Culture at events, conferences and workshops, etc.

Qualifications: Deep experience working in the field of project management, including costing especially in the field of music; Experience with participatory cultural approaches; Interest and willingness to work in an interdisciplinary way; Identification with the central concept of cultural capital Bad Ischl-Salzkammergut 2024; Pronounced team player with a high degree of personal responsibility; High communication skills and social competence; Quick understanding and solution-oriented thinking; Excellent knowledge and networking in the cultural and civil society sector in the Salzkammergut; Familiarity with political-cultural discourse; Talented organization and high-level implementation skills; Excellent knowledge and experience of MS Office with database and Apple applications

Monthly salary 3.000, - € gross (14x per year) with availability for overpayments depending on qualifications and experience (limited until the end of 2024).
