Initiatives, associations, institutions, companies or private individuals can apply with project ideas for the programme in 2025. These open calls give local and international actors from cultural and civil society the opportunity to actively participate in the program design for 2025. Ideas and projects are requested in different different thematic focal points, which in terms of content relate to the main lines of the programme from the application book Bidbook II and meet the extensive criteria of the EU monitoring. The projects are selected by various advisory boards.

Open call Nr. 01/23: Soft Skills Academy I - Capacity building and networking programme for project ideas
Open call Nr. 03/23: CZ-PL-DE - Cross-border cooperation with partners in the Czech Republic, Poland and Germany
Open call Nr. 04/23: Celebrate generations! - Projects for young and older People
The following open calls will be launched later in 2023:

Open call Nr. 02/23: Soft Skills Academy II – Pilot projects in civil society (start expected in May 2023)
Open call Nr. 05/23: Urban popular culture (start expected in September 2023; In order to find international partners or to work on project ideas interested parties can already engage in open call Nr. 01/23: Soft Skills Academy I.)
