For the first time in the history of art, Surrealism will be born in three places at the same time. The Villa Pantschoulidzeff in Traunkirchen, the factory premises in the Karbach quarry on the eastern bank and the town square in Traunkirchen will become the joint venue for an exhibition of contemporary art full of discovery.

Light is an element of nature that strongly characterises the landscape of northern Norway. As part of the programme of Bad Ischl, European Capital of Culture 2024, an exhibition by Japanese artist Chiharu Shiota, organised with the support of Eu Japan fest, will open on 26 April.

Pesaro 2024 'lights up' its 'Tree of Life' with a popular ceremony that drew thousands of Pesaro residents and 'temporary citizens' to Piazza del Popolo to attend the inauguration of the Biosphere, a sculptural-digital installation that is unique in Europe with its 4-metre diameter and over 2 million LEDs.

In spring 2024, "Musical Frühling" presents the German-language premiere of "Dear Evan Hansen", one of the most successful international musicals in recent years. The initiative is part of the cultural programme of Salzkammergut 2025, European Capital of Culture.
