For two evenings in a row, in Timisoara, European Capital of culture for 2023, on August 2 and 3, starting at 10:30 p.m., the Bega Canal in the Flora area will become a fairy-tale stage and a realm of fantasy. On Timișoara Day, the French company Ilotopie will present the water show Acqua Forte Parade – a spectacular artistic event, the likes of which the city has never seen before.

Coinciding with Creativity and Wellbeing Week (19-25 May 2025), Leeds Arts Health and Wellbeing Network (LAHWN) has launched its new Creative Health in Leeds report. The research was funded by Leeds City Council Culture Programmes Team as part of the legacy planning from LEEDS2023.

2023 Eleusis European Capital of Culture organises for the first time on 29 and 30 March, at the Elefsina Old Oil Mill Factory, the conference “Narrative Archaeology | Performance in archaeological sites and excavation of human experience.” This two-day meeting takes place in the framework of the composite art activity Mystery 20 Performing Arts Initiator – Narrative Archaeology, with the aim of promoting an interdisciplinary dialogue between Arts and Archaeology.

After the success of the ECoC year, Veszprém and the Bakony-Balaton region focus on the future of the city and the area.
