These are some of the main activities: Working in coordination with the Cultural Association in a manner consistent with its thinking; work to implement accessibility principles within the Esch2022 project; create and animate a network of cultural, social and educational actors in the Esch2022 region; promote access to culture for all with the partners of Esch2022; Develop and implement tools to promote and ensure accessibility to culture for all; support communication processes in terms of accessibility.

Among the requirements: degree in social sciences, humanities or proven experience in the social and cultural fields; Experience in facilitation or group animation; Knowledge of local actors; Experience in monitoring and carrying out projects; Excellent knowledge of Luxembourgish, German and French.
