City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (CBMDC) is seeking to appoint a producer with expertise & knowledge in sustainability and the environment to produce a climate symposium in Bradford for the cultural sector.

The Commission for Mandate Issues of Election and Appointment of the City Council of the Municipality of Nova Gorica is announcing a public open call for the position of director of the public institution GO! 2025 – European Capital of Culture, Nova Gorica.

A central theme of the European Capital of Culture 2025: the doers. Because they are the ones who shape our cities, regions and the whole of Europe and write history. They often work on a small scale, at the workbench, in the basement or behind the counter. Bradford has been named as UK City of Culture 2025. Their  vision is to use arts and culture to fuel the social, economic and creative renaissance of their district; to make Bradford one of the most welcoming places in the UK where artists, producers, audiences and creative entrepreneurs can flourish.

With the Makerhubs , places are being created as part of the European Capital of Culture Chemnitz2025 where designers, craftsmen, entrepreneurs, the next generation of skilled workers and doers from all over the world meet to learn from each other and create something new together.
