Job description:
- Proposing to the CEO decisions relating to his/her area of work
- ensures the flow of information with the partners in the Municipality of Gorizia and the Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia, 
- is the administrator of the cooperation contract between the institution and the main partner: the European Grouping for Territorial Cooperation (EGTC GO), 
- is responsible for the implementation of the cross-border cultural strategy 
- advises the Programme Manager and the CEOon the implementation of cross-border activities
- perform other tasks in accordance with the general acts of the institution and as delegated by the CEO. 

Working time: Full-time, working flexitime

Place of work: Work in the premises of the Public Institute and/or the EGTC GO partner organisation, other venues in Slovenia and abroad as necessary in the framework of the work tasks

Level and course of education required: University degree (previous), at least specialisation in higher professional education (previous), Master's degree (2nd Bologna cycle), Master's degree in higher professional education (previous)

Work experience: 5 years in the Institute's field of work 

Other qualifications: Ability to organise and manage artistic and professional work, knowledge of Slovenian at a basic level and knowledge of English at an advanced level.

Job responsibilities: Effective management, efficient operation, professional performance of the work, efficient use of the Institute's resources, implementation of the adopted annual plans, continuous education, further training and training in accordance with needs. 

Functional skills required: Basic computer skills in MS Office, excellent communication and mentoring skills.
